Zywave Acquires FutureOffice Network
MILWAUKEE, WI, MAY 27, 2014 – Zywave, Inc. (“Zywave”), a leading provider of insurance software solutions, announced today that it has completed the purchase of the FutureOffice Network (“FON”) applications and the assets of the parent company, Davidson Marketing Group (“DMG”). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Both Zywave and FON offer value-added technology solutions to help insurance brokers grow and maintain business.
