Charles Veniez

Mr. Veniez is a member of Aurora’s Executive Board. He has over 25 years of senior leadership experience and over 30 years of experience in the industrial and services sectors. Mr. Veniez has completed four successful private equity exits as CEO, served on six corporate boards, and overseen companies with combined revenue of approximately $2 billion. 
 
Most recently, from 2019 to 2020, Mr. Veniez was CEO of Unitec Elevator Company, which was a carve-out from Otis. From 2014 to 2019, Mr. Veniez was CEO of Industrial Container Services, a former Aurora Capital Partners portfolio company and from 2012 to 2014, he was CEO of Norment Security Group. Prior to this, Mr. Veniez was a Regional Vice President with United Technologies Fire and Security Division, Division President at Onity, and a Vice President at Ilco Unican. Mr. Veniez has been involved in many aspects of Sales and Operations throughout his career in private equity backed, public and private companies. Mr. Veniez graduated with a BA from Concordia University and received an MBA from Queens’ University.
