Alex Sun led the strategic transformation of Mitchell into a diversified P&C insurance cost containment company with a broad suite of proprietary workflow management and information services solutions.

Alex partnered with Aurora in 2007 to further Mitchell’s active add-on acquisition program as well as to fund the development of Mitchell’s next generation software platform. Under Alex’s leadership, Mitchell more than doubled EBITDA and developed several new solutions that yielded robust organic growth during Aurora’s ownership. In addition to his team at Aurora, Alex partnered with independent directors Larry Bossidy, Jim Lindner, Jim Gilmartin, Deborah Kerr, and Tom Zusi.
