Chris Tulp co-founded Premier in 2005. Over the last 15 years, he has grown the business from a single branch location to eight branches today across five states, while also expanding services from a single-family only service to the multi-family end-market. With Chris’ leadership, Premier has built robust systems, processes, and playbooks to develop and train a highly specialized workforce to capture a market leading position across all geographies.  

Chris partnered with Aurora in 2020 to accelerate the expansion of the business through new branch openings and strategic deployment of capital for acquisitions and other growth investment opportunities.
