Jeff is an industry leader in the chemicals sector and has grown DuBois into the premier middle-market specialty chemicals company, through both organic opportunities and nine highly accretive add-on acquisitions since 2008. Jeff partnered with Aurora in 2012 to help expand the company’s acquisition platform and implement a suite of new operating initiatives. In addition to his team at Aurora, Jeff partnered with independent directors Charlie Crew, Larry Bossidy, and Paul Shelton.
