Joel Dickerson joined PSC Group in 2001 and held multiple leadership roles at the Company before being named Chief Operating Officer in 2012, President in 2017, and Chief Executive Officer in 2019. Joel has helped guide the Company through industry-leading growth, more than doubling revenue since he was named COO, while also advancing PSC's reputation for excellence in safety, customer service, and corporate responsibility. Under Joel's leadership, the Company has improved its best-in-class service offering and further enhanced its robust value proposition in outsourced product handling and site logistics. His focus on reliability has earned the Company loyal customers and high retention rates, all fortifying PSC's market leadership position. 

Joel partnered with Aurora in 2019 to further accelerate the adoption and penetration of PSC's services and expand the business through strategic deployment of capital in whitespace and greenfield opportunities.
