Kendall Pretzer has over 25 years of experience in real estate technology and property operations. She first joined Grace Hill in 2018 as its COO and was appointed CEO in 2021. As a forward-thinking, growth-minded executive in the real estate industry, Kendall has led Grace Hill through a time of rapid organic growth and strategic acquisitions. Under her leadership, the company has made transformational improvements, including developing a customer-centric culture, enhancing the product portfolio, and restructuring and modernizing the sales and marketing engine.

Prior to Grace Hill, Kendall founded The Strategic Solution, bringing to the market the first and only real estate technology solution for policy management. Kendall’s empowering leadership, attention to detail, and customer focus contribute to her success. She is included in the Top 10 Women to Watch by Multifamily Executive and twice named a Top 25 Women Leaders of US PE-Backed Software companies by Calibre One. In addition to her team at Aurora, Kendall has partnered with directors Jim Lindner and Susanne Bowen.
