Prakash Iyer

Prakash was appointed CEO of Inhance Technologies in 2024 and has been with the company since 2013. Since joining Inhance as its Chief Technology Officer, Prakash has been a key part of the leadership team and has made a number of critical contributions through the development and launch of key material science innovations. Based at the company’s global headquarters in Houston, he continues Inhance’s mission to enable its customers’ products to perform better, last longer, comply with increasingly stringent regulations, and be more sustainable. With a Ph.D. in Macromolecular Science & Engineering and two decades of experience in the chemicals and plastics industries, Prakash is recognized as an industry thought leader in fluorine-based technologies. In addition to his team at Aurora, Prakash has partnered with independent directors Mike McLain, Sanjay Meshri, and Paul Shelton.
