Ray Rambowski

CEO of Spray-Tek

Ray Rambowski is an accomplished executive with over 30 years of experience in the flavor and fragrance industry. Ray was appointed CEO of Spray-Tek in 2023 and has been with the company since 2010. Since joining Spray-Tek as its Chief Operating Officer, Ray has been a key member of the leadership team and has made significant contributions, including overseeing the opening of a new facility in Beloit, WI and expanding the platform from 7 to 19 spray dryers.  As CEO, Ray continues to drive Spray-Tek’s mission to be the recognized technical expert and leader in specialty ingredients processing with proprietary delivery systems that provide superior functionality and differentiation to its customers products.  Prior to joining Spray-Tek, Ray held a number of executive positions with Symrise, a multinational flavor and fragrance manufacturer.  In addition to his team at Aurora, Ray has partnered with independent directors Mike McLain, Jeff Kaczka, and Brian Wilcox.
