Wayne was responsible for Market Track’s strategic vision as well as the significant investments in corporate infrastructure and sales resources that were the hallmark of his tenure as CEO. Wayne partnered with Aurora in 2012 to expand Market Track’s position from dominance in consumer/retail promotional data to leadership across the entire spectrum of advertising and pricing intelligence. Under his leadership, Market Track completed 10 add-on acquisitions during Aurora’s ownership, dramatically expanding the scope of the company’s solutions to include brand advertising and eCommerce pricing and assortment data. In 2016, Wayne was elevated to the role of Executive Chairman and appointed Dennis Moore as his successor. In addition to his team at Aurora, Wayne partnered with independent directors Jim Lindner, Andrew Leitch, and Alan Roth.
