John Mapes joined Aurora Capital Partners in 1992. Previously, he was in the Corporate Finance Group at Salomon Brothers. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of The UCLA Foundation and is the Chair of The UCLA Investment Company which is responsible for overseeing and investing the University endowment.
