MAITLAND, FL, SEP 28, 2015 – Industrial Container Services, LLC ("ICS") announced today that it has acquired the Baltimore, MD-based businesses operated by Abbey Drum Company ("Abbey") including all of the reconditioning machinery, equipment and inventory utilized at the facilities.
