CEO Rich Adams originally joined NTS from Intertek, where he rose to the position of Senior Vice President with executive responsibility for the Electrical and Wireless Global Business Line, one of Intertek's fastest growing businesses operating across 22 countries, 64 sites, and 4,700 employees. Prior to joining Intertek, Rich served in the United StatesArmy. He holds a B.S. in Engineering Technology from California State University, Long Beach and an MBA from theUniversity of Redlands.

Hector Paez began his career in the testing industry in 1987, joining NTS in 2000 after having served four years in the United States Marine Corps. During his nearly 19 years with NTS, Hector has progressed through various leadership roles, serving as General Manager of NTS' Fullerton lab from 2009 to 2014 and Vice President of Commercial Excellence from 2014 through 2016 before being appointed Senior Vice President of Testing Operations in the East. Hector holds a degree in Electronics Engineering from ITT.
