Universal Pure Acquires Dora's Natural High-Pressure Processing (HPP) Assets, Expanding HPP Capacity in the Northeast Region

Universal Pure Holdings LLC ("Universal Pure"), a portfolio company of Aurora Capital Partners, today announced it has acquired the High-Pressure Processing (HPP) assets of Dora's Naturals ("Dora's"). Details of the transaction were not disclosed.

LINCOLN, Neb., Feb. 17, 2025 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Universal Pure Holdings LLC ("Universal Pure"), a portfolio company of Aurora Capital Partners, today announced it has acquired the High-Pressure Processing (HPP) assets of Dora's Naturals ("Dora's"). Details of the transaction were not disclosed.

Universal Pure is the largest independent provider of HPP food safety and product quality services in North America. With this acquisition, the company now operates 22 HPP machines across its seven locations. The transaction will provide Universal Pure with additional capacity to continue its expansion in the Northeast region.
